I believe that a well-formed pastor changes a congregation for generations — so I help emerging ministers build the biblical, theological, and practical foundations to lead with integrity.

There is a gap that quietly undermines so many ministries: the gap between a genuine calling and the formation needed to answer it well. Passion for God's people is never in short supply. But the ability to handle Scripture with integrity, preach with clarity, navigate a grief crisis, or govern a congregation transparently — those capabilities have to be built, deliberately, over time. That's the reason this programme exists.

The Pastoral Training Institute is structured around what actually happens in ministry. You won't just study doctrines in the abstract. You'll learn hermeneutics so you can move through every biblical genre — narrative, epistle, poetry, prophecy — with a method that holds. You'll study homiletics so your sermons have a spine: exegetically grounded, clearly organised, confidently delivered. You'll engage a full Pentecostal theology of the Spirit so your understanding of gifts, worship, and holiness is coherent, not reactive. And you'll work through pastoral care, church governance, safeguarding, evangelism strategy, and church-planting frameworks, because ministry is all of that at once.

Eight PhD-faculty facilitators lead the content. That means you're learning from scholars who are also practitioners, and every module is designed to connect the academic rigour you need with the real-world situations you'll actually face on a Sunday morning, in a hospital room, or in a board meeting.
